Catherine Hoyt, OTD, OTR/L, is a founding member and serves as the Chair of the Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity (COTAD). She is an alum of Washington University in St. Louis Program in Occupational Therapy and is currently in her third year of working towards her PhD in Rehabilitation and Participation Science. As a clinician, Catherine focuses her time on supporting infants and toddlers with or at risk of developmental delay and their families particularly in underserved or neglected communities. Apart from clinical practice, Catherine has developed and taught a conversational Spanish curriculum for preparing OT students for service learning experiences. She is also the owner of My Little Sunshine Pediatric Therapy in St. Louis, MO, and serves on the advisory board for Southpaw Enterprises with two designs currently in production.
